Catherine Field

Catherine Field, from Bondi Beach, is the maker behind the Splendid Wren Ceramics. With a focus on functional simplicity, her work is made using traditional hand building techniques from a range of stoneware clays.

No two pieces are the same. She is drawn to natural, earthy glazes and a neutral colour palette inspired by nature. She works out of her studio in Clay Pool in Sydney’s Botany where she also runs one on one and group workshops.
